My concern is the same that I've had in the past. We set an appointment for a specific time (8 am) and our truck doesn't even start being looked at until 2 pm. I've never experience a vehicle service department that schedules a specific time but expects the customer to wait all day to find out that nothing has been started. Overall, this experience was much better than the past, but it still needs works to achieve excellence that is expected from GMC. There isn't anything I need or want, I just wanted to make you aware that these scheduling and communication gaps continue to make servicing our vehicle a major inconvenience.
