Thank you for caring for and resolving the issue at hand. However, my vehicle was NOT 1500 miles over on oil change. And though oil changes have not been done in your shop due to COVID and your forced move west due to the tornado, they have been done. If it is burning or leaking oil that is the Bigger concern. Instructions were to call my phone, I heard nothing. Instead my husband’s number was called. He does not communicate with me. I was left wondering what was wrong, how much it would cost, Wondering IF my vehicle would be done before closing, IF there would be a shuttle to pick me up or if I had to find alternative transportation. All in all very stressful day.

Mike Bergman went out of his way to facilitate me. He kept in constant contact and even offered up his own personal vehicle overnight so I could make an early morning business meeting. That’s because he wouldn’t allow me to drive off in my truck because the tires weren’t safe.

Had to offer technical advice to technician to complete service. I supposed at Riley I would get a experienced technician. Service writer declined discount for me having to tell tech how to finish the alignment.

Trenton was gracious and knowledgeable. He answered every question and never made me feel rushed. He unhesitatingly repeated information he had already given when I was slow to catch on and never made me feel like I wasn’t paying close enough attention. Trenton helped me feel confident that my old truck would receive every evaluation for repair needs. He did a fine job!
