I was completely satisfied with the customer service that I received. However after all of the repairs that were performed on my vehicle, the noise and crunching feeling when I turn the steering wheel to the left when I am backing up Still exists. I'm sad and exhausted that it has been deemed an issue that can't be fixed. What am I to do? When I purchased this vehicle I informed Riley Toyota that there were issues with the vehicle. I've always purchased my vehicles with Riley and have not the issues that I'm having with this vehicle. What shall be done? Thank you.

I'm happy that I wasn't charged for you not being able to work on my Land Rover, but disappointed that you can't work on it. It's not an alien ship. It's a popular car and the service department needs to learn how to work on things that aren't necessarily "domestic."
