Well Pat was great! But I could not get my tires rotated because they couldn’t find the wrench to unlock my lug nuts. I did not have this problem last time at was at Riley’s so that tells me the person that changed my oil on my last visit DID NOT put my wrench back in my tool box!

Ron Inman us an exceptional employee and he delivers ex customer service. He was left to clean up a mess created by another employee at Riley. I had to make two trips for a very simple service because someone took the part that was reserved for me. Ron took care of the situation. Heather Aldi helped in this situation. I will always make sure I deal with only these two employees in the future when we require service on our many Chevrolet vehicles.

Everything was fine with the service until I got in my truck to go back to the office and the service engine light was on. I called back into service and asked if I could turn around and have the technician that did the service plug in and figure out why light was on. The service gentleman said that he couldn’t do it right away and I could leave the truck and I could wait on it. I told him the office was an hour away and that didn’t seem to matter to him and he gave me one other ultimatum I could call back in a nd make an appointment. I was really aggravated by now and getting upset so instead of saying something I would regret I hung up. I understand that you guys are really busy but I would have thought that since a person had drove an hour to get his truck serviced that they would try to be a little more understanding. I have two company trucks and two personal vehicles that I just switched over to Riley for service but I’m having second thoughts if this has been my right decision.

My current experience and all previous experiences have been both pleasant and professional!!! It is like being among friends, from your phone call to your actual visit!!! It is pleasant to take my vehicle for service and wait for it!!! Thank you for such a quality experience!!!
