I admit I was quite startled when I heard a pop under the car and experienced loss of power. Once the vehicle was towed in, the guys gave it immediate attention and I was able to make a 54 mile round trip on Sunday so feel that the everything is doing well.

First, your courtesy driver Gary is amazing! So kind, thoughtful and helpful getting me to and from work with my broken foot. He is a true gem!! I was in for routine maintenance but asked them to check the tire shimmy and battery. They said all was fine when I picked it up. My teeth still rattle driving at highway speeds and I have a low battery warning constantly within 24 hours of picking it up. I'm frustrated because I will have to take another day out of my schedule to get these things looked at even though I asked them specifically to check on these issues. And I am obviously concerned about taking this on our holiday road trip.

The ticket for service and possible oil leak was not passed on, I had made the appointment 10 days ago .I sat for 2 hours and when going to the desk I found they had not even serviced the car I’ve been with you guys for 13 years after buying the car there. I would have thought that upon seeing how many miles were driven they would have come and talked to me. They did go ahead and service it. I was not happy but they apologized and did not charge me for the oil change etc which was a kind gesture. So after being with you this long I will not hold 1 bad experience against you.
