I noted that one of my wheels did not have a balance weight attached after my new tires were installed. I called the service department about the issue and the person I spoke to suggested that a balancing weight can fall off and recommended that I bring the truck back anytime—no appointment necessary—to have it checked out. I wasn’t able to travel to JC because of work so my wife volunteered to take my truck in. However, upon arrival, she was made to feel that this was a foolish service call and was told that not every tire/wheel needed a balancing weight. Needless to say, I was disappointed by the way she was made to feel foolish.

Took entirely too long for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I arrived 15mins early to my 2pm appointment and left over 2hrs later.
