It is very difficult to contact the service department to schedule service. Multiple times I get to a call tree that ends up with a voice mail.

Very friendly, kept me updated on my vehicle. I had a few other questions which did not relate to the service but about warranties and another item. He answered them quickly and fully. Anyone that I have worked with from purchasing to this service call are very friendly.
I've never been dissatisfied with the service at your facility. Everyone has been friendly and courteous. And there's never been a problem with the work done on my vehicle.
The issue with the left rear passenger door was not corrected.
