I’ve been coming to your facility for about 8yrs now. I’ve been through several changes in service writers, a declining refreshment area etc. For as much as I have paid in service it’s the small extras that mean more. So, please improve your refreshment selections, and try offering some discounts on more service issues besides Brakes & Tire rotations.
