Overall, I am satisfied with the service I received. However, I would've liked to be informed earlier than a half hour before closing that my car would have to stay overnight. And with such a luxury brand as Jaguar, it doesn't have been nice to have a loaner car available. I did appreciate the text updates though. And all of the staff were extremely polite.

Sam and the service department at Subaru are always outstanding. This time around they went the extra mile to transport my vehicle from my workplace and returned it to me later in the day. I realize that this is not always feasible, but it was extremely helpful as I’m a working parent. I will continue to bring my vehicle to this location in the future.
