Joey was fine! My complaint is lack of appropriate information when I called to ask if I needed an appointment for an oil change. I was told ,no just come in. I live in Frankfort so went. When I got there I was told my wait was 1 hr 30 minute wait!!! I feel like I should have been told on the phone that I could make an appointment to avoid the wait. I chose to leave and came back today for a 10:30 appointment.
Though noone ever wants to say that they've had an enjoyable time while at the dealership, I must say that the few times that I've had to be there, Mark has and is always professional and very pleasant. He makes sure you're comfortable while waiting and always explains the process when the vehicle is ready.
Amanda and her team were so AMAZING! They finally figured out the noise in my van after 3 years. We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Amanda! She is the Best!!
