just a small thing - when I arrived, I asked my advisor (Sam?) about removing a couple of stickers from the inside of the drivers side windshield. He assured me that would be taken care of. So after spending over $700 at the dealership, I was a little peeved that it wasn't done.
Generally good service, but expensive.

Mark was very helpful and courteous. He called when he said he would and quickly followed up on a couple of questions that I had asked. The quality and honesty of your service team is the reason I drive from Schererville to Orland Park, even though I am about a mile away from the local Volvo dealership.
