Sure, I will comply. Jason was exceptional , as I thought that I had signed up on the Richfield Audi website. I arrived to the dealership at 7:15 AM and was informed by Jason that they are a week out on appts. Since I had arrived early and the 7:00 o’ clock Appt was a no show, Jason accommodated me but, with the understanding to not expect this on a normal basis. This made my day and Jason was very informative through out the process!

Tim is an excellent customer service rep. I had a situation where Audi did not find my appointment in the system, Tim was exceptional going above and beyond to assist with my Audi service. He even arranged a shuttle to go back home and sent Uber to reach back to dealership.

Need to do a better job welcoming guests when they arrive for an appointment.especially when it’s scheduled. No one greets you in the bay. I drive in, park, and walk into the office, and waited probably 3 minutes before anyone said anything to me . Even though there were milt people at the desks. Simply, I feel it sends a bad message in that no one cares to even acknowledge you upon arrival…you force the customer to engage with you.

Jason did a great job and helped me a ton with the issues that came about. I was not satisfied because the my car was given back to me with a coolant alarm and leaking everywhere. A simple 2 hour service turned into me not getting my car for 24 hours due to it not getting put back together right. Again Jason was great but my car was not serviced well.
Kept me very informed on the status of the work and delivered the vehicle when promised.
