Zack was great and was able to get me in to determine what was wrong with my A8L. Jim told me I would need to wait four to seven days. After purchasing an A6, two new A8Ls and a new R8, I expected to be treated the way Zack treated me.

I didn’t expect to have to reset everything with the software update that occurred. Will take a long time to include Audi connect setup, all my favorites and programming the garage door opener. I don’t recall all that I had updated previously. I also found a small piece of what looks like chipped interior which has me questioning what had caused this. I’ve not yet been able to find anything that looks chipped which is good news.

The scheduling process was flawless and convenient. The facilities are lovely and I was treated professionally and with respect. I do not, believe, however, that the recall issue is completely fixed. In the last few days we have seen the passenger airbag warning start flashing again while a passenger was seated in the seat. It is not reassuring. This notification came as I was about to call you.
