They won’t give me the number of the Broker/ Shipping co to check on my car . It’s still sitting there when I was told it was being picked up. They left a message . Ridiculous. They should call back. There’s no urgency to figure out if the driver is coming since he didn’t show today. Why can’t we have the number since u are t following up we would like to. I asked at the shipper be called several days ago and they wouldn’t do it even though they had all the money and they had scanned copies of the paperwork with a tracking number that it was coming the next day. Pretty much this is ruined in my experience. Find paying for the shipping why can’t I have their phone number? I’ve asked four times today
