Answered my questions and worked with me while my car was getting serviced.
My vehicle was kept over 24 hours for for 60k maintenance. I was not given an update that I would not be getting my vehicle back by end of day. When I repeatedly tried to call I was continually routed to the 800# scheduling department rather than the local service department. Dropped off at 9am Wednesday and car not finished until after 2pm Thursday.
Worked with Brian again. He was great and kept me informed about my car’s status.

I was called and told my car was ready to pickup. When I arrived my car was not ready - I was told it had to be washed and that would take a few minutes. 25 minutes later it showed up and it was smoking badly. There was a look of concern on 2-3 service members faces and they took it back with no explanation. They brought it back 25 minutes after that and said the tech had overfilled it with oil and that’s why it smoked. They then walked away. My car still smells like burnt oil inside and no one offered up anything else.

This is my second situation resulting in my keys not being accessible or lost when I arrived to pick up my vehicle. Feels like a massive lack of attention to detail and customer care. Additionally, communication as to timing of when work would be completed was initiated by me and there was a lack of response when trying to get my vehicle back. Very disappointing. Important to remember, consumers, even Audi faithful, have choices.
As always, you guys rock. One of the reasons I’ll always own an Audi.
