Kaeley was super. As soon as I got out of my car she greeted me with a smile and remembered my name. She kept me in the loop throughout the entire process and was very helpful with the decisions I needed to make on what else needed to be done with my car. I never felt like she was trying to “sell” me a service I didn’t need. That is very important to me.

The service on the car was great. I have no complaints with the way car-related communications were handled. However, individuals who are not fully immunized must not be unmasked in customer cars. I am a nurse with the VA Department of Health. Kaeley entered my daughter’s car unmasked and she an I were less than 6 feet apart.
Was charged 145 for labor when I sat there and watched the guy take 20 mins max to install the part and then walk away for like 10 mins then come back and take car out cause was finished before he walked away in first place
It was fast and everyone there is very nice.
