When I brought my car in I was told that I would be contacted if my warranty did not cover certain repairs, and if so, how much those repairs would be and what would be done. After 7 hours I had not heard anything and called and they told me the things I asked about were fixed. When I arrived, I found out they charged me to fix an item that is still broken and just did what I had been doing for weeks to reattach the item, and charged me a ridiculous amount for it. They had the car for 7 hours and did not fix the main issue, and basically charged me almost $200 for an oil change and tire rotation.

It was a little concerning that I had to call the shop in order for them to realize they didn’t have my key. Once, I stated I put it in the Dropbox outside he went and checked. However, when I made the appointment I told them it would be in there. I call an hour after my appointment. I have never had an issue until today. Very disappointing.
I called a day ahead and made an appointment for 2:30 to get a new tire put on my car. Someone came out at 3:30 to tell me that my car had just been hooked to the computer and he handed me a readout. My car wasn't ready until almost 4:30. I am not happy about a 2 hour wait when I had an appointment.
