My experience with Jack was pleasant. My only issue was that I had an appointment for an oil change and I decided to drop my car off. My car took 4 hours to get serviced. Luckily I didn’t have any plans today. Usually it takes 2 hours tops to get serviced. I was not satisfied with the wait time for my vehicle especially when I had an appointment scheduled.

Your team was awesome. Your environment was not. The bathroom was filthy and the toilet did not flush unless you Gerry rigged the Handel. I flushed the toilets. I mean for real. I was there more than two hours (and you fixed everything I asked) but there was was a family with a baby. I would not take my child in that rest room.

They told me my front brake pads were in the red. I told him I just got my brakes replaced in February or March and he said oh, but that’s what the recommend. Well they recommend my rooters be replaced back in February or March as well and they still don’t need to be done because when I left yesterday I went right back to who put my brakes on last time so find out what’s going on with them. My brakes are at 5.2 seconds, in the yellow, and they said I should be good til the fall.

It has nothing to do with Mr. Smith. I have had so many terrible experiences at this location. The only reason I keep coming is because the chester location is booked all the time. Everyone else probably learned that this location **** too.

Great service department. Came out with estimates for work that should’ve been done on the car, and they did that for us too. Definitely go back for all oil changes and work for our rogue
