Vehicle was done in a reasonable time and I was informed that my vehicle was in good hands along with a text message upon completion. In my book that’s excellent service.
I have been to priority Nissan twice for an oil change and both times I was in and out very quickly.
Did my van receive genuine Nissan parts ?
By just observing Jack I could tell he was really busy. I saw him doing several different "jobs". He was considerate & never seemed distressed that he was so busy.
The service manager BEN is by far the best asset any dealership could have.

Though the vehicle was serviced professionally, I did have a couple issues. When making the appointment, I was not told that a complimentary car wash was no longer available. Additionally, one can see the Service Department from the sitting area. I noticed my vehicle had been sitting in the bay, hood up but no one within view was working on it. Thus, I went to the Service Desk asked if my car was ready and upon the attendant’s return that it would be ready in 2 minutes. Finally, I was given an invoice but the attendant failed to review the invoice with me. Therefore, the customer service was poor at best. When l asked if ownership had changed was informed that Management had. Not a good experience after riding 50 miles plus to get vehicle serviced.??

Kaeley was an excellent representative to work with, she was super kind and courteous.
Kaley was awesome! I see why she is a service provider. Knowledgeable and nice-you don’t always get both. I’d bring my car to her-no question! The tech couldn’t recreate the problem because it was intermittent. Kaeley said if it happens again and you can bring it in, just come straight here and we can check it out. You can’t ask for better service than that!
