Extremely happy that the repair work on the brakes was done so quickly - I was not expecting to have the car ready the same day. However, I'd also asked for an oil change and check up of anything else that was due. That was not done. So now I need to make another trip for that routine maintenance.
Even though I was late for my appointment, Jack and everyone else I spoke to were so very nice! Thank you for putting me at ease….. this was my first time coming in ……. I appreciate the great service! Judy J

I was told I needed to make an appointment to have my oil changed and tires rotated. I set at appointment two weeks in advance. On June 14th I took my car in at the appointment time (9:30 am). I was told it would be over a three hour wait. I left, and called at 1:00 to see if I could come back and try again. I was told they were not servicing anymore vehicles for that day. I am new to Pohanka, so I was not aware of the “no appointment necessary”, because I was told I needed an appointment.
I came in the following day first thing in the morning. After my car was serviced at Pohanka I drove directly down to Virginia Beach. I was over an hour into the trip and my tire sensors starting warning me. Every tire had a PSI pushing 50, and my tire PSI max is 33.
Poor communication overall. Told the representative I was waiting on site, they still noted that I was leaving my car. Waited about and hour and a half for what I was told would be “within an hour” of work. I did not complain or ask because things happen. However, I was called to be told how my car failed the state inspection, but they wouldn’t be able to do the work because it was after five.. even though I was told my work would be done by four thirty. Had my work been done in the time i was told, the additional 45min procedure could have been done within ten minutes of me finally receiving the call. I was then told that they did not have the part and they could call when they did. When I left, my paperwork states that I declined multiple services.. but I was only told about the one issue. I was told that the one issue would be around $400, but the total for all recommendations that were not mentioned was around $2,000.
Kaeley has some of The Best customer service skills I have encountered. She is friendly and prompt with her responses and actions. She also listened to what I requested and helped with my questions. Kaeley is top notch!

The staff as always professional!! But this is the second oil change I had done on my 2013 Mini Cooper S and for the second time the oil drain plug is dripping, and it his time the coolant reservoir bolt was left loose. I checked for tightness of the drain plug and it is tight.
She did a great job. She was very friendly and efficient.
The girl at the counter didn't seem to know what was going on. Her customer service skills were subpar at best, she didn't seem to want to help me and just wanted me to carry on with my day. Luckily my car was able to be seen and everything else went fine.

It would have been nice if the employees were would have kept me updated about my vehicles maintenance. I was told that my vehicle was done through a text message system instead you d getting a personal phone call about my cars maintenance.
Personnel did not know how to handle fleet vehicles.
