The whole service team helped me tremendously, great job and thank you!
While vehicle was serviced promptly and courteously, I was concerned with 2 items:
1. Tires were rotated, but inflation was not adjusted to suggested inflation psi.
2. Paperwork returned included an estimate for a vehicle I do not own and did not bring in for service. 2017 Sentra and my vehicle is 2021 Rogue. This made me question whether the checklist was on my vehicle or another.
Friendly service. Not long wait time. Everyone very professional. Will go back in the future.

Tried to replace license plate bulbs for $90. That's over the top. Never coming back, wise up.
I was surprised at the final price as I was expecting it to be less. I had not requested for the brake fluid to be changed, but it was adding about $100 to the cost.

Ben was rude and condescending when I requested that they check for u-joint or similar physical problem rather than just going by computer code. I suggested that because the transmission (which I was told needed to be replaced) had never acted up i.e. no warning, that if physical issue was corrected, the code would resolve. Said the car was ready to be picked via a text. I called a few hours after my conversation to see what if anything was found and was told the car was ready to be picked up. That they had done what was requested- a diagnostic. I questioned that because car was not drivable. Then he said they could order a transmission for $****. I could go on but I don’t wish to relive the ordeal.
