I called to make an appointment to have an inspection and I was able to schedule it for the same day. Since I lease the car through Nissan of Keene (which is in Swanzey NH) but have recently moved to Williamsburg VA I was not aware of the way this dealership operated. Justin was very polite in explaining the process and very professional. The service was provided promptly which was very appreciated.

In future, if the Service department has to close or have a delayed opening due to weather, please contact those with appointments informing them of the situation. They would appreciate knowing before arriving and finding the building locked.
