I made an appointment to be the first vehicle in 730a, I arrived at 720a and was in fact the first vehicle. I was there for an oil change (which should take maybe 30 min). I watched other vehicles come in after me, have their oil changed and on their way. 90 min later I inquired about my vehicle because I had to get to work. My vehicle was just cleaned and upon getting it back, I had oily fingerprints all over the drivers door and the hood. If you are going to make a 20-30 min oil change last 90+ min, at least wipe the oily fingerprints off. Very much not appreciated.
Her professionalism, active listening skills, and empathy are what makes this young woman special. And she does all this in a low key, easy going fashion.
It would be nice to have a loaner when my car is being worked on.
Considering this is my only car, I don’t like feeling stuck.
