Squeezed me in on a Saturday to get very needed oil change
It was Sat & I did not have an appointment. I discovered I had a nail in my left rear tire. Very pleased I was taken care of do to the unsafe driving with the nail in the tire. Thank you so much!

Ben has the best customer service—respectful, kind, thorough! Actually He, Eric and the nice lady (I am so sorry as I forgot her name—and I’ve talked with her twice as she fixed my light in my car—I feel awful I can’t remember—she was working with Ben and Eric today 2/24.) All 3 of them are the best! They are assets to Classic Nissan—please do whatever you can to keep them. Most service areas have bad turnover…I hope Classic Nissan in Williamsburg will not be like that—your Service Team is fantastic!!
