I took my car in on Friday April 29th to have the battery replaced and oil changed. I'm after getting the car back I noticed that my right windshield wiper is hitting the side the edge of the right window and it's making a noise and it was nice doing that before. I called the service department and I talk to a representative but not sure who who she was or her name but in my conversation she's telling me that they would have told me if they do something to the windshield wiper well if you put in the battery in and if you had to replace that or moved out or do something to get the battery in and you're not testing the windshield wiper to see if it's still working you wouldn't know that it's not working I was very offended by cuz you made me feel like I was lying or not telling the truth my windshield wipers were not hitting the side of my window and making a noise before I took the car in and now it is nothing else has changed except for the fact that my car was serviced at priority to get a battery changed in the oilfield oil changed and now my windshield wipers are making a noise and hitting the side and she's like well maybe your windshield wipers need to be replaced with the windshield wipers are clearing the window the fact of the matter isn't that is going too far over to the right to the point that is hitting the side of the window so I asked her to bring my car and she said yeah when we can change a windshield wiper but then that's going to be a cost to me it was working fine before I took it in and now it's not I'm just a little bit disappointed in that type of service that I'm telling you that my car was working fine it was not doing this and then you're telling me that you all didn't do anything when clearly the only thing that has changed from Friday to today is that my car was put in the air for service I did not do anything to the windshield wipers it was when it started raining I noticed the noise and I was at what is going on and I can see that it's going way too far over to the right and it's hitting the side of that window of the windshield so you can give me a call back I don't know the other than that I am happy with the service that I have received at this dealership but I'm not very happy with the fact that now I have a windshield wiper that is clicking or hitting the side of my window every time it rains that's why I'm going to hear thank you

Eric Aktizer was very helpful & professional! I was very stressed that my 2019 Rogue was already having mechanical issues but Eric resolved the problem & contacted my warranty company regarding their responsibilities. I will bring my Rogue back for any service needed in the future. Thank you!
