The tech could have done a better job cleaning up the oil they spilled on my engine cover once complete with the oils change. Related to my oil change, I did not get a reminder sticker placed on my windshield. I’d like to note, my vehicle was always vacuumed and washed when y’all were priority. There is a sign/poster in the waiting area… might want to review the points stated to ensure a customer does feel the way you expect them to after a visit at classic Nissan of Williamsburg.

Paid $60 for diagnostics test for my titan with 23,000 miles on it. Factory warranty is 5yr 100,000 miles bumper to bumper. I was told that the battery was bad and needed to be replaced @ the cost of $180 & was told it was not the one that came with the truck. Therefore would not fall under the warranty. COME ON REALLY!! FYI I took the truck straight to another dealership just to be told it was the battery that comes in the Titans. That dealership Is replacing it because you would not!!!! they are also looking in to the reason I took the tuck in, in the first place because you would not. Great way to keep customs!
