I am traveling and Had an oil change and filter change done for routine maintenance. The dashboard computer was not reset, there was no new maintenance sticker put in the windshield, the car wash was not done because of Covid, the tires were overfilled. Makes me wonder if the oil change was done. I was very disappointed in the waiting room as coffee machine did not work, the cream cups curtly and area not clean. I have been in a lot of dealerships as I travel a lot and never been in such a poorly run dealership. No need to contact me. I live in another state.

Only one thing o was not happy with. When o got into my car the setting screen was all different than I'm used to seeing upon startup. Continued to drive off thinking it would reset to look familiar, but it did not. I was confused, and my son got it back when I arrived at home, but it was not easy. Kept showing 0 average speed. I think it was not reset correct or not completed.
We throughly appreciate the time and effort that Ben gave us thru a long and difficult negotiation with Nissan corporate. He made himself available through out and readily answered our questions.
This time was much better than the last. Although there was nothing that needed to be fixed I like how Ben continuously checked in with me about my vehicle
Ben was incredible. I was in a really tight spot with a car breakdown on the way from dc to Virginia Beach. I didn’t think there was any chance of getting the complex repair done, but your team had things finished within hours after doing everything possible to accommodate my tight schedule. I know this was challenging for your team, and I’m grateful for the amazing customer service.
