Having a service employee notify your customers that they no longer receive a guaranteed free inspection and oil changes really stinks! You should not have made that poor young lady have to tell me that because she’s getting yelled at by everyone. Corporate should’ve sent letters out to customers who trusted and believed in the Nissan company, especially some the original purchase was based on these free services. I consider that a breach of my contract! You shouldn’t have and not made your employees have to do Corporate’s job !!

Ben and the other young lady didn't catch her name were very professional and keep me posted on the time and showed me what else was needed besides the oil change that I came in for.
