The service writers were quick and efficient but it took over two hours for my car to even make it to the shop.
Once it did the work went pretty quick.
The length of wait after my appointment time was excessive.

Awesome customer service. I was greeted and checked in immediately. Showed the waiting area and available amenities while I waited. Just The service reps are first class. I will definitely recommend this dealership proudly.
I called me after recall was don’t then tried to sell me a bolt and alignment on another ticket when it could of all been done at one time now I’m stuck paying for damages that could of been avoid but instead your writer was trying steal money when my car was getting an alignment done because if the recall
