Bethany was cordial and professional. She answered all my questions with profesionalism. She made sure i received the service in a prompt manner and made me appointments for the future. I was very impressed by her.

I had an appointment for 10 and asked for it to be done by 1. I left my car and put keys in the drop box and when i got there around 1:10 my car had not been done and was forgotten about. The car was finished in 25 minutes and I was given a free full detail so that was appreciated but it was an inconvenience as i had left work and needed to return right away but had no ride back and had to wait for my car to be finished.
I left my phone at home so he couldn’t text me any updates, and he came into the waiting each time he needed to update me. I really appreciated that he kept in contact with me.
As usual service that I can count on. I live in Yorktown & still travel to Williamsburg for the level of customer service, care & consideration I continue to receive at this dealership.

I did not know my vehicle was ready. I am just seeing a text on Sunday that the car was ready. I received NO actual phone call. Verizon was having phone issues so this may have delayed the message.
Ben was not accurate in telling me when my car would be ready. If I weren’t so sick on the day of the service it probably wouldn’t have maytered

The interaction with staff at this facility is always of the highest caliber. I will never purchase a vehicle from any dealership other than a Priority!
