I had an appointment for 10 and asked for it to be done by 1. I left my car and put keys in the drop box and when i got there around 1:10 my car had not been done and was forgotten about. The car was finished in 25 minutes and I was given a free full detail so that was appreciated but it was an inconvenience as i had left work and needed to return right away but had no ride back and had to wait for my car to be finished.

I did not know my vehicle was ready. I am just seeing a text on Sunday that the car was ready. I received NO actual phone call. Verizon was having phone issues so this may have delayed the message.

Ben was not accurate in telling me when my car would be ready. If I weren’t so sick on the day of the service it probably wouldn’t have maytered
