One issue was overlooked. The rep called and apologized and told me to come by when I could. I have surgery this week and will not get back to the delearship for a month or so.

Been has always had good customer service with myself and my family. He is very relatable and has great car knowledge. When he hasn't know something, the Service Manager Jay jumped out to assist with expert knowledge. The rest of the service crew we're all very pleasant during our visit.

When I called and made the appointment, I asked for a wash in addition to the oil change. I was told “absolutely we will do that” but it didn’t happen- granted it was raining a little the day of service. Also, last time I had service, my floorboards were vacuumed without asking and they were not this time. Lastly, my radio presets and clock were messed up. 4 of 6 presets were lost and the clock was set an hour ahead...? I know this is picky, but I really appreciate the little things and assumed the level of service would be the same as the last visit, but it was not.
