Ben was attentive to my needs, explained a problem the vehicle was having and offered options to fix it, and gave me a good understandable explanation to a question I asked about the service that was performed.
I waited two hours for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation & was abandoned in the waiting room and then lied to after my associate went to lunch and told my car had been washed and it clearly WAS NOT. The abso6worat service we have ever received from a Nissan dealer.
