She made sure that all of the services I requested when making the appointment were documented correctly, explained any questions I had, and told me the cost of a service I had requested before performing that service. She texted me with an opportunity to ask any other questions and quoted me a price to make a decision about a marker bulb that needed replaced. Great experience-thanks Bethany!
