The mechanic that worked on my car (and MOST of the technicians in the shop) worked without any face covering) what they do on thier time is their business, BUT when you’re sitting in my vehicle that I drive my family around in I take issue with how irresponsible he was. I actually had to ask my service writer for paper towels because no one was going to proactively disinfect my vehicle (the service writer apologized and had someone wipe down my driver’s seat, but only because I asked, it wasn’t protocol apparently). If it weren’t for the windows in the waiting area I would have put myself and my 2 daughters that were with me in harms way. I’ve personally lost 2 family members in the last 4 months directly or indirectly due to complications with a COVID diagnosis. I’m offended and honestly pissed that with all that the world has been going through in the last 10 months, Priority doesn’t seem to have its priorities in order. A free oil change as a part of “Priorities for Life” isn’t worth crap if your irresponsible staff kills someone because they don’t take a global pandemic seriously. I’m honestly re-evaluating if I will do business with your location after today in any capacity; service or otherwise. Do better. And not because I’m offended, but because it’s the right thing to do.
The you charged to remove a nail from one tire. Do to COVID-19 service requirements; I chose not to go to Goodyear, where I purchased tires for my son’s car. Safety for him and me going to there for no cost service, I paid. I have given you service on four vehicles for years. I will shop for better service with reasonable prices.

Rosean Kemp was great. He was very courteous. He came out to my van to try to solve a key fob problem. When he realized the key fob needed more than just a battery change, he gave me some good advice on how and where to get it fixed.
He provides outstanding service and is extremely professional.
