One minor issue. I came in to get my tire fixed. I was using the temporary spare. They finished fixing the flat and put it on the vehicle and stored the spare, which was great. However they neglected to put the jack back in it's stored location with the spare tire. Not a big deal, but I had to put everything back in it's place. The jack and the lug wrench parts were in the back of the vehicle. It is a Honda Odyssey minivan.
Tire rotation was not done, even though it was requested when the appointment was made. Now I need to make another appointment before my trip next week

I am satisfied in regards to the oil change and tire rotation and this service was completed promptly. My disappointment lies with the absence of my car being washed as indicated it would be. I asked if that service was still offered and was informed it was. I requested the wash but stated I just vacuumed the car so wouldn't need that. The service advisor stated she would have my car washed as well. This makes the 2nd time I've requested my car washed at the oil change appointment. It's also the 2nd time the request went unfulfilled although I was assured it could and would be.
