1) Made an appointment for a simple key fob programming and even asked a day ahead if you had one in stock. I was assured yes. Then 10 mins after dropping the car got told no, not in stock, come back tomorrow. Great.
2) when I went to pay the clerk informed me "the machine" would be adding 3% to my bill because I was paying by credit card. That is ridiculous - every service shop takes credit cards and don't charge a fee. Priority is a huge business, cc fees are not my issue.
So as it stands I would never do business at your dealership again and could not recommend it to anyone.

My appointment was at 8:30. At 2:30, I called to find out if my vehicle was ready. I should have been called in the morning when it was finished.
