Jonathan is no longer there which I found out after he did not return my calls after a few days, and the person that took messages did not pass on to new service manager.

I really appreciate that Kia Kingston Service got us an appointment even though we were just traveling through the area on our way home to Maryland. They assessed the damage we had incurred while on the road and enabled us to make a decision about continuing our trip and having the major work done once we got home.
You don't have my car so I don't know why your messaging.
I brought my car in on july 6th, paid 300.00 to have my air conditioner diagnosed. 15 days later it broke again and had multiple issues to the air conditioner. But this time it was 2000 miles after the warranty, so the dealer said it would cost over 700.00. I've bought several cars from kia, this is unfair.

This appointment was sapose to take 1 hour. My 72 year old mother said I can do 1hour they have a waiting room right. I said yes. She took her car their today and spent 4 hours waiting on it. To say I am mad is putting it lightly. I brought that car their, once before and they told me to drop the car off. This time the gentleman said an hour, I took his word, my mother has rumatoid arthritis She was in pain. This will never happen again.
