Jonathan was very courteous and professional. Kept me informed though the oil change and tire rotation. He informed me that I may need an Alignment in the near future because there was the start of feathering on the tires. The service was good and quick. Very good experience in all.

I was completely satisfied with Jonathan, however disappointed that we didn’t get to the cause of the noise. However they offered me suggestions which I will try.

I had the best customer service. He was friendly and Courteous. My car was done in the great time frame.

I made an appointment for a certain time- dropped my car off about 5 min prior. I waited over 2.5 hours for a simple oil change and tire pressure check. Service was great, problems taken care of but the time spent waiting was a bit much. There are oil change places that get you in and out in 15 min. No complaints of service BUT time waiting for an oil change was clearly too much.
The service I receive from this dealership is always impeccable.
