I was in for my intermediate service and was advised to have my oil changed, which I did.
Also, after being told about the services needed, and I said I had someone closer to home that could take care of all the work, I was not treated in a friendly way.
Juan and BJ were fantastic. They took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and recommended what would fix the issue.

Always get good service when taking my car to Toyota in Kennewick.
I dropped the Highlander off on Tuesday evening at 4:30 pm for a Wednesday 7:00 am appointment. It would have been nice if I knew was going to be serviced by 5:30 pm then I would have needed for someone to pick me up and bring me back the next day. By the time I got the call at 5:30 it was too late to get a ride back that night.
Fast and efficient service. Very pleased.
