Charged me for work they did not do and service manager failed to verify and lied to me that the work was done so I was charged for the work and wasted my time and my money was stolen from me I called and no one answered and I left a message I expect a full refund for the lies, wasting my time and possibly putting my family’s and I life’s at stake.
5 hours and 20 minutes is unacceptable amount of time for the Toyota care multi point inspection and 2 factory recalls. A bushing for the fuel line and a software update. I feel that you put me on the back burner since my service is free of charge. My truck also sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes before I was informed it was completed. It is evident that you do not have enough personnel to meet customer needs because nobody has a sense of urgency to speed up the process. I also ended up having to take the day off unpaid and I traveled 60 miles one way. Poor experience!!
Always love having our RAV4 serviced at her first home. This time was no exception. Truly great customer service by everyone involved. Daniel gave a very concise but easily understood “report card”! I look forward to bringing our Maggie in again soon!!
No it was a miserable appointment made an appointment for 9:00 had it there at 9:00 waited till 10:20 then they came and got me and told me my part had not been ordered so I sat for an hour and a half for nothing very upset
