I got there close to closing time and expected to be turned away. Instead I was welcomed by the agent and taken care of immediately. She updated me on the progress of my maintenance and checked on me to make sure I was comfortable during my wait. Great customer service.

Everyone is extremely respectful, kind, and courteous. I have never had a bad experience at Acadiana Honda. The young lady sitting at the desk when I walked in from the side entrance she has always been extremely kind. I’m not sure of her name but she’s in the service department. Also, the young lady that excepted my payment was extremely nice as well. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Acadian and Honda.

Service was great. We received a courtesy call to make sure we wanted to replace two air filters. We thought that was great customer service!!
