Over the past year I've gone to Honda for service and Rachel turned me away. If I had been turned away again I would have asked to talk to someone in management. I was very close to going some where else for service. When I approached Rachel I simply stated what I wanted done. Rachel was very nice. It had been almost a year since maintenance was done on my vehicle. I had been told to wait until the oil life went down to 15%. This concerned me. But I left Community Honda. Because of health problems I didn't return until today.

We made an appointment to have our a used vehicle Inspected prior to purchasing. Your team promptly completed a thorough inspection to include driving and visually documenting items found. Really gave my Mom and I peace of mind in the decision to purchase the vehicle. Plan to return to this dealership to purchase a new vehicle when inventories increase. We drove 3 1/2 hours to Lafayette. Appreciate the above and beyond customer service!
