People in the service department have always been courteous, and prompt to serve. I appreciate them coming out to greet me when I arrive. The wait time is usually under 2 hours, the waiting area is comfortable, and I never feel as though I have been overcharged. I was especially pleased one Friday afternoon last fall. It was near closing time when was car was acting up. When I drove up, Matthew came over to meet me and asked what the problem was. He said if I could leave the car, he would look at it in the morning. On Saturday, I picked up the car which was then running well. It turned out that the problem involved a recalled part so the repair didn’t cost me any money. I was impressed with Matthew and the service he and your dealership provided. I have recommended Community Honda to others because I appreciate your product and your service.

I needed the windshield washer fluid today, less than 24 hours after I spent 141.19 in service, and it was empty. The paperwork showed it was checked along with other fluid levels. NOT!!! It drank 3/4 gallon of a friend’s wiper fluid.
Very satisfied--nice to see employees who treat you with respect and truly care about their jobs.
Matthew stayed in constant contact with me throughout this whole process and helped me understand what I was paying for.

Charity was amazing, though only real issue was waiting for over a good hour and some for the diagnosis.

Ms. Charity Phillips is a friendly down to earth person. She has been helping me since I had my 2010 Accord and now I have my 2014 Accord and when I need something done I call to speak with her. If she's not available I leave a message for her to call me back because I don't want no one else's help because she is such a nice person and very helpful. Having her as an employee was a great decision of the company.

This should have been a simple repair that took one day. The repair tech clipped the wrong wire resulting in additional parts having to be ordered. The parts place was closed on Monday so that extended the time to get the part. I receive automated text messages asking if I need anything, I sent several request about the status of my vehicle with no response. Apparently my car was ready Wednesday but I didn’t get notified until Monday when Matthew was back in office. I asked about a discount on my bill due to all of the delays and he knocks off $60???? Come on. Service was so much better when Moss ran this place. Very unimpressed.

Only complaint is that if have to take car in for problem covered by warranty and recall then a loaner should be given to customer.
