My car came to a complete stop twice in heavy traffic on Ambassador Caffery and I brought it in for repair to fix the problem. However, there were no findings as to what was causing the problem. So, Nothing was done.

Problem I had was oil not cleaned up under car for my oil change. It leaked in my garage. Had to crawl under to wipe up oil underneath.

After returning, the car is leaking oil. The sensor that they supposedly fixed is still malfunctioning and the side door won’t properly close. The car wasn’t properly cleaned either and Andrew never called back as he promised he would to address the issues with the car.
Racheal and Charity and the young man that use to work at Toyota are all good, they are excellent, very professional and polite. Let me be clear, I bought my car from Community not only because I can walk there from my house but it’s because the service department is outstanding. I have not seen a better service department anywhere, ever. Your service department compliments your sales department very well. I’m satisfied. Please take care of Racheal and her team as they seem to enjoy their job and they know how to handle the customers whether they are crowded or have a few customers they are always consistently courteous and professional. Thank you for asking as I won’t hesitate to respond for Racheal and her team. Again , I am well pleased
