I bought a seven year extended warranty for my new crv. I was not given a copy of the warranty with a description of what it entails. I don’t know what obligations are required of me to keep the warranty valid and what maintenance schedule is required. Please help.

Only complaint which probably can’t be helped is the wait time. I waited 2 hours for an oil change and it wasn’t around lunch time. But other than that fantastic!

Charity was very helpful from the time she scheduled my appointment on the phone to keeping me informed of my vehicles progress and also having a shuttle dropping me to work for my convenience. And also Bruno my shuttle driver also opened the door for me to get in the vehicle and was very polite and professional. Thanks guys for making my experience a good one.
