Completely satisfied with service. Only problem was wait time but it seemed reasonable for the number of vehicles ahead of me. Did get another issue taken care of by Ken(finances). Enjoyed talking with Darrel (dealt with him to lease my car) and Bryan who remembered me when I leased vehicle. Friendly and heilful staff!

Received coupon the day after service. And the wiper fluid was empty (not a drop would come out) just 2 days after service which completely had me questioning if actual service was completed since I receive a general letter with fluids and tires checked and I’m always encouraged to do extra service yet what I’ve paid for doesn’t seem to be consistently done. It’s been constant decline in service quality since community took over. It’s disappointing nearly each time there’s something. When Moss had it, the service was great and they ran car through the car wash each time. It’s the little things that end up becoming big things. I’m fairly tech savvy but can never seem to schedule oil change in the online system therefore just show up. I don’t appreciate that the my information is not protected by your company…. Simply putting in a phone number on your website can pull up a persons vehicle info on the website. It just doesn’t seem right. I’m all about efficiency but quality has been lost in the process unfortunately.
