I usually take my vehicles to fire **** to have them serviced. So I took the pilot to fire **** and it was a part that they could not replace because it had to come from Honda. The fire **** guy did say if he had it in stock he would’ve installed it at no charge. So then I come to you guys and you charge me $500 to do it. It seems a little odd. Then you act like you’re doing me a favor because you ruined another part and then went out of your way to tell me that you were going to replace it at no charge. You are reminding me why I don’t go to a dealership for service.

I was pleased that Mr Matthew kept me informed throughout this process of restoring my vehicle to its rightful place. Mr Matthew is very level-headed and works well under pressure. I witnessed how he calmly handled a customer complaint. I know these are stressful times for everyone especially in most work environments. I thank God for patience and people like Mr. Matthew.

Matthew was a great go-between the customer (me) and the nicely serviced car (via mechanics). He was courteous, friendly, and efficient. The entire job only took about 45 minutes! He did his job well.
