Matthew was awesome - from the time we brought our vehicle in on a Saturday in FEBRUARY, until the warranty part arrived in JULY (no fault of yours). Car is now perfect, service was perfect, brought in a second vehicle for Matthew to take care of (just a B1 maint on car 2) but the experience at Community is WAYYYYY better than Moss. I am so glad I do not have to deal with that bag of hot air, Brian Gannard, any more. He was AWFUL and accused me of lying about my car being smashed up (Car was damaged at Moss to the tune of $3500, and he accused me of trying to get free body work until the tech who did the oil change came forward and said my car was fine when he dealt with it and told them it had been damaged while in Moss possession.) I've dealt with many Honda dealers across the country from San Antonio to Houston (both with the same name) to Charleston SC. My latest experience at Community is the way every customer should be treated nationwide. It reminds me of the dealer I bought my first Honda from in 1988 in Vestal NY - Miller Honda. It feels good to be respected as a customer again - Matthew was great and is a true asset to your organization. He took care of both my Hondas without pushing anything unneeded. You're lucky to have him, and he's the reason I'll be back. If Brian Gannard was still there, I'd drive to Opelousas.

The wait time was a lot quicker than normal which helps for those who work or have kids that have to tag along.
