I called to make an appointment for my breaks and was told it was an express service and that I do not need an appointment. Arrived at 4pm and was almost turned around saying that they couldn’t do the job that late because they only would have one tech at 5p. They called a tech to see who was available and said that they were all just chilling playing on their phones. Had not another service rep stepped in over the service rep that was assisting me I would have been declined service. They checked my car and I need a part that they did not have in. I was told my part should be in in 2 days and they would call me. I never received a call, so I called to check status and the rep was off that day so I didn’t get a call, but I was told that I could come in because it was slow. I was 330p when I callled and told them it would take 15-20min to get there and we told it was ok. When I got there at 345p I was almost turned away again because of the time, but the rep that has stepped in last time , stepped in again and had them pull my car back to start working. It took multiple calls to the techs to finally get someone to come and get my car. Someone came get my keys at 404p. They were telling me the service I needed was a 2 hour job but the tech completed it in less than an hour. I paid and drove off at 458p. My overall complaint is that there need to be better communication and allow scheduled appointments regardless of the service type.
