Racheal kept me abreast on the status of my vehicle. She also brought to my attention certain maintenance items for me to consider along with the cost. She never pressured me into doing these additional maintenance items.
Matthew listened to what I said was going on with my vehicle and actually paid attention. He was knowledgeable and explained things to me. Although they were busy I didn’t feel like he was rushed.
